Corporate Clients - Microsoft Windows Server
As well as providing such services as listed in the small business section, Microsoft Windows Server clients have the option of taking out remote support maintenance contracts where we are able to remotely connect to your server out of hours and usually at weekends and carry out a range to preventative maintenance tasks.
These task will include:
Windows Update
Anti Virus system monitoring and update
Backup
Defragmentation
Event log investigation
Various other system checks
Preventative maintenance is an important strategy in ensuring that your server runs smoothly.
Your Microsoft Windows Server system will flag warnings as the system problems start to occur.
Unfortunately these warnings are not immediately visible.
Our weekly remote support is likely to intercept and resolve these issues before they become a problem. This ensures that you server ticks over nicely when you need it the most.
