If you experience desktop computer hardware failure our trained engineers will investigate and diagnose the problem quickly. We will then advise you as to the best course of action depending on the problem, the cost of replacement hardware and the labour costs.
We keep a range of parts in stock while other parts can be obtained within 48hrs.
We repair all makes of computer form all major manufactures including Dell, HP, Compaq and Sony as well as other leading and independent makes.
We understand how important your laptop is to you. When your laptop fails it is important that the repair is carried out by qualified engineers.
The initial investigation is carried out in our offices in Chiswick where we are able to resolve some problem quickly. If the repair is more complex then it is transferred to our off-site workshop where a thorough investigation is carried out, under controlled conditions.
You are consulted and kept informed of the progress throughout the investigation and have an opportunity to approve the cost of more expensive repairs first.
We carry out repairs on all makes of laptop including Toshiba, HP, Sony and Compaq.
While we do carry some generic parts in stock, most parts are sourced from approved suppliers at the time the fault is diagnosed.
